Tim Pilger wins charity tournament in Wiesbachschule

MTIS 4th Grader Tim Pilger is a passionate chess player and is currently the strongest player in the MTIS Elementary School, shows grit winning the charity tournament in Wiesbachschule.

MTIS 4th grader Tim Pilger enters chess tournament for charity in Grävenwiesbach, wins first place in U12 division. Tim was able to win three games and tied in another. Congrats TIM!

In the coming school year, the MTIS Chess Academy looks to become more active, taking part in more chess tournaments. An additional chess brain from Hessen has already enrolled at MTIS and our current players are also getting stronger. Soon we’ll be able to take part in tournaments as a very strong school team.
